1 oz bitter chocolate (2 squares)
3/4 cup purified or filtered water
3/4 cup pure cane sugar
Pinch pickling salt
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes
Melt chocolate in water slowly on low heat.
Stir and let it thicken a little bit.
Add sugar and salt and continue stirring until thickened.

Even though it’s delicious, this recipe is not recommended for people who are sensitive to chocolate.
Pour over ice cream!
Best eaten immediately but can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
