Delicious Boiled Potatoes

EQUIPMENT
Medium saucepan
INGREDIENTS
Organic white potatoes
Butter
Ghee
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2-3 hours
METHOD
1. Peel potatoes if you like but peeling is optional.
2. Cover potatoes with water and bring the water temperature up to very hot. Do not boil or even simmer. You do not want to see movement in the water. You want the temperature to be just below boiling so the potatoes do not fall apart. The potatoes will be soooo tender!
3. Cover pot and cook for 2-3 hours.....the longer the better.
4. When cooked, let them cool and then saute them in butter and ghee.
5. Serve as is or you could add meat or fish and mushrooms.
STORAGE SUGGESTION
Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
