SOME TIPS AND COMMENTS
Many milkshake recipes have a very high percentage of ice cream making them delicious, decadent and high in fat. Our recipes emphasize milk over ice cream which makes them more nutritious and lighter. Also, the milkshake becomes part of your daily milk consumption, making it easier to consume milk throughout your day.
Also, adding 1 Tbsp of high quality non-hydrolyzed gelatin powder to the milk will thicken the drink and add protein.
