Daily Menu Suggestions
Our ratio recommendations for the three macronutrients carbs, proteins and fat are as follows:
Carbs: 50-75% Proteins: 5-25% Fats: 10-30%
All fruit should be sweet and eaten ripe and at room temperature and preferably be organic. Organically grown food costs a little more but the one thing that organic certification assures you of is that you will not be consuming food sprayed with pesticide and herbicide poisons.
