Glass water bottles with sealing lids or 12 oz/350 ml Coke glass bottles
Cork/rubber stoppers
Pitcher
Strainer
INGREDIENTS
4 cups freshly squeezed, sweet, strained orange juice
4 cups soda water (store-bought or homemade)
10 Tbsp pure cane sugar
PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: nil
METHOD
Combine orange juice and sugar.
Mix thoroughly until sugar is fully dissolved.
Add soda water.
Decant into storage bottles and seal.
Store in the fridge.
